Meet Our Boards

Two boards. One Mission.

At Rehema Home, we believe children flourish when they grow up deeply connected to their culture, community, and identity. That's why our work is led in Kenya, where the day-to-day care of our children is overseen by a Kenyan Board of Directors.

Our U.S. Board serves alongside them by raising awareness, cultivating partnerships, and providing the financial support that makes this work possible.

Together, the two boards share one mission: to steward Rehema Home with transparency, accountability, and a long-term commitment to helping every child flourish.

Founders & Directors

While we continue to lead and serve as directors of Rehema Home, our lives as missionaries in Kenya has existed for many decades. We raised our three children here; they now are grown with children of their own. Our days are very full caring for the children of Rehema Home, listening and counseling our adult children who grew up in the Rehema Home family, and leading the Rehema PEFA Board of Directors.

Bishop Samuel Munai

Bishop Samuel Munai

Chairman of the Board

My name is Bishop Samuel Munai and I have served Rehema Home as a Board Member for over 20 years. It is a blessing to be part of the lives of the children who call Rehema “Home” and to support the work being done there. When I’m not serving in ministry, I enjoy spending time with my family, offering guidance to others, and being involved in my community.

I am Bishop Stanley Gitonga, and I have served Rehema Home as a Board member for over 3 years. I have also had the privilege of being the pastor to the Rehema Home family, as they attend our local church. I am blessed to be part of their lives as I see them grow spiritually and physically, becoming all that God created them to be. I also serve as a Bible teacher at Rosslyn Academy, an international Christian school in Nairobi. I am married to Christa with three children: Hilary, Naomi and Joshua.

US Board

Shaye Reagan

US Director

I have been connected in some way with Rehema Home since 2009. I prayed in the early years, became a donor, then a Board member and in 2024 began serving in my current role as Executive Director. I entered this role with experience in fundraising and a Master’s degree in Public Health Program Management. When I’m not working or advising the Board of Directors, I am enjoying time with my husband and two children, building something new with power tools or tending our vegetable garden.

Andy Keetch

Chairman of the Board

I am a partner in a law firm in Fort Worth, TX and am an active member of my local church. I am married to Tiffani and have one adult daughter, Abby. In 2018, I visited Rehema Home while on a short-term mission trip and eventually joined the Board.  When I’m not working, I can be found in a duck blind or training my Labrador retrievers.

Melissa Garrett

Board Secretary

In 2015, I had a chance to travel to Kenya with my church. The experience visiting Rehema Home transformed me; I had fallen in love with the children and the staff. A few years later, I was invited to serve on the Rehema Home Board and took on the role of Board Secretary in 2026. In between my time as a wife and stepmother and in my career as a Speech Language Pathologist, I enjoy travelling, mountain climbing, listening to live music and living out my faith and dedication to service.

Tom Frazier

Board Treasurer

While vacationing in Kenya in 2024, my family and I had the chance to spend a day visiting Rehema Home. It was an amazing experience, and I returned home anxious to be a part of it. I joined the U.S. Board in 2025 and began serving as Board Treasurer in 2026. I am a former Marine and have built a 25-year career in IT and defense-related project management. My wife and I live in Indiana and have two adult sons. In my free time, I enjoy participating in my local church, fly fishing and snow skiing.

The seed for Rehema Home was planted in my heart after my parents travelled to visit during the early years with just a few children. I began sponsoring the home and, years later, was invited to be on the Board in 2020. My first visit to Rehema Home was in 2025 and was a dream fulfilled, only reinforcing my commitment to the ongoing work happening there. I grew up in a large family and now am married with 7 children of my own. When I’m not with family or working, you might find me running, biking, hiking, woodworking and, on occasion, riding a unicycle.

I currently live in North Carolina with my wife of nearly 50 years in a home we recently built. We spent our lives pastoring a church in New York State. I continue to serve as an elder at Elim Fellowship in Lima, NY and provide pastoral care to international missionaries. I have known Irv and Ruth Schwandt for many decades and was invited to serve in a new way when I joined the U.S. Board in 2024. Even in retirement, I keep busy! My wife and I enjoy travelling to visit our 7 children and many grandchildren.

My first visit to Rehema Home was in 2020, and it changed my life. I returned as a passionate advocate for the ministry, especially in Rehema Home Bukura, and joined the Board in 2023. I have returned numerous times, tackling anything from tiling floors to feeding babies to taking older kids on outings. In my personal life, I am a catechist at my church in NY, am a marketing manager and travel every chance I get.
